Luton Baako Festival 2026 – Trader & Vendor Application

Trade at One of Luton’s Largest African & Caribbean Cultural Festivals

Applications are now open for traders, food vendors, businesses, charities and community organisations wishing to participate in the Luton Baako Festival 2026.

The festival celebrates African and Caribbean music, arts, culture, food and community, attracting visitors from across Luton and the surrounding areas.

Event Date: Saturday 15 August 2026

Time: 12:00pm – 9:00pm

Venue: Marsh House, Leagrave Park, Bramingham Road, Luton LU3 2SR

  • Public Liability Insurance (£5 million minimum)
  • Risk Assessment
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Food Vendors)
  • Food Hygiene Rating (Food Vendors)
  • Gas Safety Certificate (if applicable)
  • Electrical Safety Certificate (if applicable)
  • Proof of Payment

Important Information

  • Electricity is not available at this event.
  • All traders must provide their own gazebo, tables, chairs and equipment.
  • Food vendors must hold appropriate food hygiene certification.
  • Public Liability Insurance is mandatory.
  • Applications are subject to approval by the festival organisers.
