WHO WE ARE
About the Luton Baako Festival
The Luton Baako Festival was created in 2022 to celebrate the unity of African and Caribbean Music, Arts & Culture. The Ghana Society UK is the only organisation responsible for the Luton Baako Festival. It takes place each year at Marsh House, Bramingham Road, Luton, LU3 2SR. The festival, since its inception in 2022, aims to create vibrancy, safeguard heritage, and promote disconnection through local cultural programmes by celebrating African and Caribbean heritage and diversity across the town.

Our Mission
Our mission to foster a vehicle of change ought not to be underestimated, nor should the coming together of both the African and Caribbean communities to foster change.

Our Vision
· To break down barriers and instil social integration
· Promote Peace and Harmony
· Promote Intercultural Awareness and Communality
· Education through Arts and Music
· Youth Empowerment
